Hot and delicious in 5 minutes, these Season & Steam Sesame Almond Brussels Sprouts are bite-sized perfections.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1 bag of Ocean Mist Farms Value-Added Whole Brussels Sprouts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (more or less to taste)
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Directions
- Heat oven to 400°F. Spread almonds onto a baking sheet and toast for 3-5 minutes, watching carefully to make sure they do not burn.
- Open top of Brussels sprouts bag. Add garlic, oil, soy sauce and red pepper flakes to bag. Zip top and shake to coat Brussels sprouts.
- Place bag in the microwave and cook on high 3 1/2 to 5 minutes (depending on how firm you like them). Let stand at least 1 minute to cool.
- Pour sprouts into a serving bowl. Top with almonds and sesame seeds.
